We use authentic family recipes made from scratch with only the freshest ingredients available. Our beans are not canned but made from whole pinto beans. Every item including the chips, all sauces, salsas, rice, shredded chicken, and beef are prepared on the premises daily.

Our Pollo Fundido is marinated chicken breast wrapped in a flour tortilla then deep fried and topped with jalapeño cream cheese, grated cheddar, and green onions. Served with rice.
